Mudbunny,

Hey, I'm sorry you're having this hellish moment. Just remember that it _will_ pass.

When I was really depressed and in a similar situation, I would write down 3 things I had to do and one thing I wanted to do for fun on slips and then put them in a jar. The 3 things might be things like call the dr's office and make an appt., clean the bathroom, whatever. Fun might be taking a long bath or playing on the computer, or calling a friend. Even if I only got those 4 things done all day, it was better than listening to my rambling sad thoughts on and on. It really gave me the structure to start getting my life in order.

If you can make yourself do those 4 important things, then in a week you will have done 21 practical things for yourself. It could be phone calls you need to make to get medical treatment again, or just laundry.

Can you please try to get the help you need this week? Even if you're freaked out and end up shouting at medical personnel, as long as you get the help you need it's worth it.

BTW, typing in all caps is like shouting. did you know that? it makes it kinda hard to read that way. sometimes i type in lower caps like i'm doing now. it speeds up your typing and is easy to read. :D

hope you do well today,

books
