Doesn't sound to me like Klonopin (at least alone) will work for you.
Your initiative and motivation remains low. You are disinhibited enough to be relaxed around folks - but the above problems prevent you from taking the next step.
Your have 50% of the problem dealt with but need the other half to get any workable result.
