The typical dose is 45-60mg. I don't doubt that 90mg is the dose you need, but to say that 75-90mg is needed to treat social phobia, and to get dopamine flowing, just doesn't make sense. Since Nardil inhibits both MAO-A and MAO-B, its effect on dopamine isn't dose dependent.
