Hi Tyler - one last thing

I forgot to mention.

If you have any history of antipsychotic use - then wellbutrin (or many drugs) - may AGGREVATE the problem - so the fat tongue and movements occur - these are not due to the wellbutrin and other drugs per se - but rather to the BRAIN DAMAGE done by the antipsychotic which makes you vulerable to reactions and results in drug intolerance.

I have sort of jumped the gun here because you may NEVER have taken an antipsychotic. If so - I would report the problem to your Dr - he will not likely BS you if he has not done anything negligent. You may simply be having an unusual reaction to wellbutrin based on your genetics.

Reglan is another culprit (similar to anitpsychotic)

Also illegal drugs like cocaine, can occionally can cause movement disorders.
