ADD treated by Feingold diet?

Lately, my ADHD symptoms have gotten a lot worse -- or maybe I'm just admitting that they're a problem. (At 27, have trouble getting homework done, getting chores done, etc., despite having plenty of energy.)
Has anyone tried treating ADHD with the Feingold diet or anything like it?
Just wondering, already on 3 meds -- 1 thyroid drug, 1 brain drug (zoloft), and 1 migraine med. Don't really want to add more.
