Yes the side effects are harsh.... I take 90mg.. It is great for despression and does good for my social anxiety. Most of the side effects I received from Nardil or getting easier to control.
I do not know what is this yeast extract?A few thing you want to watch out for is the weight gain, which I think can be controlled although it's hard...
Here are the side effects that bothered me:
The weight gain was from me binging on sweet foods
which I think Nardil does. So I cut my calorie intake to 2200 per day and exercise 3 times a week which took off the weight in a little over a month. I did have the occasional bad day were I would eat whatever I wanted once a week.Anorgasmia started to improve after about 3 months of nothing. Now I am able to have a mild orgasm which I wasn't able to at all. In a book I read it say's anorgamsia eventually goes away most of the time, just to be patient. This I am sure bothers guy's more than girls...
Good luck, it took 4 weeks for the drug to kick in for me, when it did I noticed a big difference. Give the side effects time to get use to, most will diminish as your body get's use to the med..
