Hi Sebastian,

I just take 10mg when I feel really lousy, as in suicidal, anxious etc, so far this has been about once a month and I don't have much of a problem when I don't take it.

Anything less than 10mg doestn't seem to work much, so I suppose I am just taking it for use as a tranquiliser when I feel really desparate.

If I can't find anything else for my depression then I may go on Zyprexa full time. Have you spoken to your doctor about just taking 10mg of Zyprexa as and when needed? Or do you need it all of the time? It might be that you will initially feel really bad after having been on it for so long but perhaps if you give your body time to adjust you might be ok to take it every now and again.

Denise
