I don't think you will like how you feel if you go for a few days without Zoloft (discontinuation syndrome). Have your pharmacist call the physician who wrote the Rx that you never had filled. Tell the pharmacist you are out and need
a refill. By doing this, the physician or his nurse will authorize the refill. No problem that I can see. As far as your new doctor is concerned, remember you are taking Zoloft, not narcotics. You tell the new doc what you are taking and that is that. He or she will write your new script. The important point here is how did you let yourself get so low on your meds? Careful, discontinuation syndrome sucks big time.
