Thanks for answering to my post! I'm not the one with constipation and sexual problems - yet - and I hope that neither of those occur! The post I was answering to may be who you need to ask. I've just been on it for a week - and haven't noticed a noticable mood lift as yet.
How long was it before you noticed a mood lift??
