The most common seems to be Lithium. You don't need as high a dose as if you were taking it alone. I took it at a lower dose and didn't need to get the usual blood tests. I stopped because I was worried about acne and was already having a severe acne reaction from something else I was taking.
Lamictal is another common augmentor. I am currently taking it. I just started though so I don't have anything to report.
Others are the anti-psychotics, like Risperdahl and Zyprexa, which you've tried. I also have terrible reactions to them. Yuk!
I've also heard of people using Pindolol but I don't know much about it.
Neuronton has had positive effects for some people and helped with insomnia.
And finally, good reports from people using a stimulant, T3. But since this isn't recommended by the pharaceutical company you need to be closely monitored by your doctor if you go this route.
