How do I go about losing the weight now? Think it is possible on Lexapro? I wish the 25 lbs. would just fall off. I hope I do not continue to gain weight. Any comments?

And then, the cravings just went away. I might have gained 2 Lbs but I need to put on a few pounds anyway. I'm a pretty small guy. But the lexapro is working great for me. All side effects are near gone except sexual, but that's getting better too.

That is so strange. These meds definitely affect everyone differently. I, too, started on Lexapro 7 weeks ago - first time on ADs also. However, it had the opposite effect on my appetite - I had none! I have lost 8 pounds so far, and although my appetite is improving, it's still nowhere near what it was (I normally have a very "healthy" appetite as I'm training for a half-marathon!)
