I used Serzone with a small dose of Effexor...and it was *excellent*. The only reason I stopped it was because my doctor didn't want to continue prescribing it because of the 'liver thing' problem...but I don't know how much of a problem that even is. I think you MAY want to consider the combo, as it greatly reduces the aggitation that Effexor brings on, with even further added a.d. and anti-anxiety benefits.
