There isn't a vegetarian source of EPA available, but you can buy DHA derived from algae. DHA is two carbons longer than EPA, and there is evidence that the body can do the conversion. Alternatively, use flax oil, and hope that your body lengthens and desaturates the alpha-linolenic acid it contains efficiently. This latter process is genetically determined. Some people don't do it to any appreciable extent.
