Hi Jennifer!

I hope things have been great with you.

My doctor is considering atomoxetine for me in the future as an antidepressant. I'm currently trying to build around Nardil and Lamictal. I will probably be adding desipramine next, but I don't have any great expectations for it since I've been on similar combinations in the past.

The main "selling point" to duloxetine over Effexor is that the ratio of NE to 5-HT reuptake inhibition for duloxetine is closer to 1:1.
