To answer your question, yes/no/maybe. It will probably help you to know that I am male. Initially I did gain more than ten pounds. In fact, when I was originally on 45 mgs for many years I went from about 140 lbs to 175 lbs. After a couple of months on a low-fat diet, I lost most of it. Later I reduced to 30 mgs and dropped my weight to 135 lbs. I was too skinny at that time and could eat whatever I wanted without any weight gain. For me dosages seem to cause a light-switch effect with regard to weight just as they do with regard to effectiveness. At the moment I'm taking 45 mgs. I excersize, eat right and am happy at about 165 lbs. It's more than ideal, but THANK GOD FOR NARDIL!!!
