From what I know, SRRIs in combination with stimulants is far from a dangerous combination. IN my case, my doc has never had an issue with raising my Dexedrine while I was on desipramine (a tricyclic) or Prozac (SSRI). From what I understand, stimulants don't really effect the serotonin system that much and visa versa for SSRIs. Personally, in the past - I have been on combinations of stimulants and SSRIs at higher dosages than what you have indicated. But again--this is my PERSONAL experience. 100 mg of Zoloft is kinda of a "normal" dosage for many people and 35mg of Adderall is a normal/below normal dosage for most with ADD. I am not a doctor - I am just sharing information I have read/learned/gone through. I am not saying what you are doing with dosages is right or wrong - but if it were me, I wouldn't be worried.
