I also experienced irritation on Remeron. I remember feeling like I was floating around, and I stumbled around the first few days on it (15mg). I think I was frustrated b/c of feeling that like, like all I wanted to do was to get grounded and it wouldn't let me do that. It got better as I got used to it. Took a few weeks.
