I happen to know the best most thoughtful and perhaps understanding psychopharmacologist in town. He doesn't do HMO's though and he's pricey strictly private practice, but he knows his shit like no one you've ever met. However You'll have to set up a dummy email address at yahoo or hotmail lest give me your real one, because I cannot in good conscience post it here. He might not like that.
I'm not cured, but I also haven't been forced to gain 40 pounds by some idiot shrink who gets his knowhow from a Blue Cross Blue Shield manual either or a pharma rep either. lemme know..
