Hi, yes went back to Paxil, found the same side effects, but am now on 40 Paxil/75 Effexor. I tried both in separate long-term trials, several months each, but found that they had opposing symptoms. Perhaps together, they will 'counteract' the side effects and strengthen the AD and SA effects.
