That's a hard question. It is an awful lot of meds so it starts to be hard to know what would help. There are a lot of possible changes to make that could really increase your motivation and energy.

If you could explain some more about what caused you to start on each one, and how long you have been on the current dose of it, that would help a lot.

If your brother was schizophrenic, then you are likely to be at risk for it, but have you actually had problems with thinking odd thoughts, voices etc or is the seroquel for sleep or depression? There are alternative drugs to seroquel.

And last, what other drugs have you been on and why did you like them or not? Past responses will often help predict responses to other meds.
