Thanks so much, Fuscia. I'm on a good portion of that list to control fibro, but there's some stuff I haven't heard of. The malabsorption is starting to be a major player. I eat very well and take all the necessary stuff to keep the old gut healthy but things just ain't moving and I'm suspecting that there's toxicity involved. Irritable bowel is also a symptom of fibro so it's a chicken egg thing. I'll definitely study the oxytocin article and give it to me doctor. Yeah, get HMO to pony up the money for oxy shots.
