I am just taking a low dose combo now of Depakote, Effexor, and Klonopin (stopped Neurontin). Antidepressants seem to trigger more cycling, whereas stimulants seemed to dampen the cycling, but made me panicky. I would suggest a reduction of the stimulant dosage if you are having troubles with being too "flat". Adderall 5mg AM was plenty for me, and I would probably find Concerta 18mg a little much.
