A few things were useful to me when I was at a dose of TCA that caused that barely bearable (actually, it was so unbearable that I experimented with my dose to get it as low as possible and still be useful) cotton mouth.

Try: a clove in your mouth- just hold it there and take a chew now and then; eat lots of celery- freshens the mouth and is cooling; use a tongue scraper when you brush your teeth to clean off the built-up yuk on the back of your tongue- helps clear the taste as well as 'bad breath phobia'.
