The Topamax is the easiest quick fix and it is not
sedating for the most part.
Buspar is really good in terms of side effects.
For most people its pretty neutral. I have seen
people report success with Buspar on this NG for
the head pain. Takes 2-4 weeks.
It did not work for me however (i.e. bombed)..
YMMV.
