The lower the dose of Remeron the more sedating it is. Try a higher dose to see if that alleviates the fatigue. I am on 30 mg and have no problem with fatigue. However, Remeron did nothing to stop my anxiety, I take Clonazepam for that.

Can't say I've experienced any tingling, perhaps it's the anxiety causing that. When my anxiety is high my skin tingles.

Don't know what Nitrazepam is, but if it's a benzo and is used for anxiety, you may want to use it daily along with the Remeron.

Sorry, can't help with this part. It's a drug I hope to stay on for a very long time. Best anti-depressant I have tried and I've been on many through the years.
