Emme,
I've had the same experience on all of the SSRIs as well (especially when they are not working), my shoulders seem to tense up automatically and I feel as though I have muscle spasms in the back of my neck, almost as though something is pushing it back. It's not like a normal headache just tense muscles that no amount of massaging will help.
