Yikes! I have chronic tension headache and Lamictal makes things worse
at high doses. A pinch of Topamax may do the trick (great rep for
tension headache). Klonopin and Serzone have been my other saviours.
I have not tried the tricyclics, but I hear they are good.

Fish Oil actually makes my tension headaches worse.
