Hi,

You may want to suggest Mirapex as an add-on to your psydoc. My doctor was going to add this when I was taking luvox and experiencing this, but then we decided to change to an MAOI instead. Provigil is also supposed to be useful for SSRI induced fatigue but I'm not sure what effect it would have on motivation.
