The water helps with this, but a good health food store colon blow product is a good thing as well. - BarbaraWell, I am having good luck with the exercise regimen. I make sure that I walk at least 30 minutes every other day, and I am planning on including climbing a street that has a hill. Will try this in few days. I also committed myself to the body for life challenge(pushed by a co-worker) and I have 12 weeks to make a significant change in my lifestyle. I tell you adding the water and being diligent about the exercise has made a huge difference. I feel so positive tonight. Usually when I come home from work, I just isolate and hybernate in my house. I did a 30 minute work-out, then ran two errands, and then walked my dog for another 20 minutes. I feel really good. Of course, the Prozac kicking in was a big plus. I hope you are doing better-- Has the lithium helped? Take care. SarahMarie
