Hi,
Phil's right about lots of water! I find that my meds really dehydrate me (Depakote, Wellbutrin) and I drink about a gallon a day.

I gained 30 lbs on Celexa and am still in the process of taking it off; I've lost a little over 15 lbs. I have been really dilligent about exercise. (If I skip a few days I notice that I fall back in to a lethargic rut of not wanting to move my body.) In the beginning, when I was getting back in to shape, I would tell myself to just get myself on a treadmill, a stationary bike, or go for a simple walk *15 minutes* a day. I told myself if, at the end of the 15 minutes, I still wanted to stop, it was OK and I didn't make myself feel guilty. What happened was that eventually I didn't want to get off the exercise machine, or end my walk. I kept going, I went for longer, I even picked up my pace after a few weeks. Give yourself permission to take small steps, and you give yourself a larger chance to succeed.

Good luck..I really think you'll lose the weight. Prozac doesn't sem to have a bad rep for weight gain.

Sarah
