Parnate - Side Effects?

Hi
For two weeks I have been taking 10mg of Parnate at 7am and 3pm. Today
I started on my third pill (total 30mg)
About two hours after my third dose I started to flush and get hot and blotchy. My heart was also pounding/
Shortly after the symptoms started i measured my blood pressure and it was 110/65 so it doesn't look like it was hypertension.
I am interested in hearing your comments or if anyone else experienced these effects from Parnate,
