It doesn't really matter, I think, whether one is bipolar or not---tho you could be---ANYone who experiences the high of euphoria, any kind of rush, is going to have the subsequent let down. The "rush" is lots of yummy chemicals. . .and then they're depleted, and must replenish.
Don't even *think* about saying Sustained Euphoria to a bipolar person. . .
