Just a few thoughts..
I think if you get poop-out from the euphoria, then you get poop-out. Some people believe that people with ADD will not even feel a euphoria from ADD meds (a symptom of ADD). You may try Wellbutrin, a non habit forming antidepressant that treats ADD and sometimes gives an amphetamine dopamine like buzz. You could also experiment with another ADD med like Ritalin. Or switch to an MAOI antidepressant like Parnate, which has a dopaminergic kick.
