Criticism can be a good thing. It's like one friend holding up a mirror in front of another, and gently asking, "I don't know if you have seen this in the past, but here, allow me to hold the mirror for you so that you can have a fuller view and, thereby, gain beneficial insight". It is easier to say nothing and make no attempt to hold mirrors for our friends. But true friends do the uncomfortable for the benefit of another.I have a lot of respect for Allison. She is level headed and has gained wisdom over the years. I also think very highly of you. I love your energy for life and your thirst for knowledge. Please do not feel hurt or rejected. If Allison did not care she would not have taken time to hold the mirror for you. And if I didn't care I would not take time to "define" PONY and write this post. We are all cheering for you!
