I hadn't followed this thread so I didn't see allison's message before.
I am myself *extremely* curious so I understand how you might have felt when you thought someone told you to stop asking so many questions, but I have to agree with allison. It seems to me she was trying to help, not hinder.
I have found that the best resource a group like this provides is personal experience.
All the technical stuff - printed material on meds, brain chemistry, etc. is out there already - ripe for research. The world wide web is a wondrous thing. Take advantage of it. Just make sure you sleep! :o)
And hang in there.
