ISO and FACHAD: I've just gotta know this!

Iso and Fachad,
Both of you have been extremely HELPFUL to me in posting info from websites or links to websites that more deeply answer the questions I've raised.
Now, I've just gotta know - HOW do each of you find this incredibly valuable information? Do each of you spend A LOT of time on the Internet doing searches on pyschiatric topics? Where do you find the time to do it?!
Iso - are you employed outside of your home?
