I had a false start on this medication (Lamictal).
My 1st doctor wanted me to titrate the dose to 600 mg in a few weeks.Aout a year later I restarted the medicine with the right dosing strategy and it lifted my major depression with no bad rash. Could have saved myself a lot of depression if my 1st pdoc knew what he was doing. :(
