Hang in there man. Apart from allegorical evidence, I really don't know if there is any clinical evidence that that any AD can any long-term damage to your brain. Sometime a person's adverse reactions to drugs can last weeks, e.g. Effexor withdrawal, even though Effexor has a short half-life and is gone relatively quickly when stopped. So just work under the assumption that you will completely recover. Try to make the most of your stay in the hospital where you get taken care of and don't have to deal with the pressures of ordinary life; plus you can flirt with the nurses.
