I take the SR version 150 mg 2 x a day. I used to take one early in the morning and the second in the afternoon, but I had a really bad habit of forgetting the second one. My doc has me taking both together in the morning along with the dexedrine spansules (I'm up to 30 mg/day and I still can't tell I'm taking it).
