There are diagnostic tests they can give you to rule out strokes and intracranial bleeding. As I mentioned before I had this very test several years ago. Its an intracranial CT scan, with dye injected for contrast so they can see the condition of the blood vessels in your brain. I was told by my Neurologist that if I had a stroke or any intracranial bleeding, this would still show up on the scan as scar tissue.
I was given this test because I was complaining of severe vascular headaches, not because I thought I had a stroke or anything. My Neurologist just wanted to rule everything out.
Id suggest getting tested to rule out the past possibility of a stroke this way you would be able to stop wondering what happened to you.
