Whats normal blood pressure??

Doc says mine is low, but didn't say any more than that...

When I'm wound it up it is 90/70 and was on 90/60 last week when I had some blood drawn (and nurse couldn;'t get a bloody vein cos of it!!)

What can cause this?? Could it be causing the symptoms of low thyroid I have??
