Hi Nikki,In most areas of the brain the thing that limits
the production of dopamine and norepinephrine
is something called tyrosine hydroxylase. This
is an enzyme that converts the amino acid
into the brain chemical. Generally the diet
alone already saturates the enyme, but you
can give the amino acid a shot. Some people have
felt a benifit in the 500-2000 mg range. You need
to take good b vitamins for it to work. Good luck.-John
