Hi Allison,
I echo everything our other "Lamictalites" have said here ...I also had trouble with itching while I was titrating up on the Lamictal ... it would go away, and then return for a couple of days after I would increase the dose. But I have no problem whatsoever now, and have been at 75 mg. for a couple of months (I am very med-sensitive, and react to much smaller doses than normal. Also, I titrated up very slowly -- about 12.5 mg a week --and still had the itching. Even developed a small rash on my wrist at about 50 mg., which I had checked out by a dermatologist who said it was nothing to worry about. It went away in about a week.)
Best of luck to you! Glad to hear the Lamictal is helping you!
regards,

I'm hoping this isn't a sign the rash is coming as I think at 150mg the Lamictal is finally helping on the depression. But I'm waiting to call my pdoc to ask about it, as I have been calling him all the time it seems about other issues. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks in advance for your help!
