I swear I don't think I have slept for about four days. I lay down and close my eyes and rest, but I am not really sleeping. It is really weird. I also have been hearing some music playing that is not there (when I am listening to other music). It is better today. Between the WB and sleep deprivation I think I may be getting some type of temporal lobe jazz going again. This is strange, but I cycle through this every year at this time. I start getting more superstitious, hearing music *in music*, more religious, etc., I start feeling like I am clairvoyant or something-like I can predict the future based on some ordinary everyday event as a predictor. Oh well, sorry for the rant, but it is rather peculiar...

Oh, I *slept* it just was real light sleep. It was like taking a nap and "resting your eyes". I felt fatigued during the day-so it wasn't really a manic episode. I feel rested now that I cut the WB in half. For some reason-anything that promotes "turning up the sleep/wake contrast control" helps my cycling, attentiveness, everything. Sleep deprivation can take different forms IMO. If your sleep architecture is all hosed up and you don't get good rest-it is nearly the same as staying up for days. The last two nites I have slept very soundly and woke easily. Thanks for the concern,Mitch
