Cocaine and Effexor - quesiton

hi there.

I have done some research and see some lines being drawn between cocaine and effexor.

Firstly, If effexor in any way being used as method to treat cocaine dependence?

Secondly, while obviously not a good idea, what are the real risks of mixing the two? ie using cocaine while being treated with EffexorXR.

Any help and info would be much appreciated.
