Afraid to change meds

Hi I am currently on Paxil 20mg and Clonazapem .5 mg
I am to switch to Effexor 37.5 tommorrow, My doc never told me if i should take in the morning or not. Will i feel different right away. I am scared as i have a six month old daughter to take care of.
