For you, Effexor may not have been too bad for anorgasmia, but for me (and I think a few others who posted here) it was quite severe. I can only really speak for myself, and for me it basically erased sexual ability. As for the distinctions you make... yeah, there was some desire to get involved with a woman and have sex, but the chemicals to make the mechanics work were gone.
