One more vote for Effexor here. Effexor practically erased all traces of my libido, and ability to achieve erection, or have sex. It is a quite effective chemical castrator.

Effexor may be bad in this regard, but most effective drugs are the same way. Some of the ones that I've taken that have been disappointing sexually are: all the SSRIs, bar none, at middle to high range therapeutic doses. At the lower doses, some of them allow some poorly compromised function. The serotonergic tricyclics (e.g. Anafranil). MAOIs (especially Nardil). The list goes on and on. Of course this is just my experience. I've also found, in general, that the more effective the drug for me, the more weight gain I get from it.
