3 Beer Effect, could I ask you about how the adrafinil helps you sleep pattern? I have always had a strange sleep pattern where I'll have trouble falling asleep (too much stuff racing around in my head) and then in the morning I find it extremely difficult to get up and get moving. It's particularly hard for me because I really need to exercise regularly for my mental and physical health and morning is about the only time I can consistently work out. My sleep pattern makes this almost impossible, though. Do you think the adrafinil would help with that type of thing?
> Sorry, 3 Beer Effect, but I can't give much help. I found Paxil very effective for my depression & while I don't have social phobia, when I'm depressed, I'm definitely anti-social. Both Paxil & Celexa makes me more sociable.

> The reason I wanted to quit Paxil is it's very short half-life. Noramlly, I take my meds in the morning & if I ever forgot Paxil, I'd soon realise it as the day wore on by the discontinuation/withdrawal symptoms beginning. That doesn't happen with Celexa.
