> thanks for your input.....There is no "best" medication for OCD. All of the SSRIs have demonstrated efficacy; it's a matter of individual response, side effects, and patient preference. Clomipramine (Anfranil) helps many, too, but it's a tricyclic with some harsh side-effects.
SSRIs or combination pharmacotherapy *and* CBT is optimal treatment.
